Oscar Macias is an experienced real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a background in Finance and Economics, Oscar has built his career around real estate brokerage, investment, property management, and business development.

As Broker and Owner of Brokers Inc Real Estate Group, Oscar has established a strong presence in the El Paso and Dallas markets while also conducting business throughout New Mexico. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and New Mexico Qualifying Broker.

Over the past decade, Oscar has consistently produced approximately $30 million to $50 million in annual real estate sales volume. His experience spans residential and commercial brokerage, investment properties, commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions, property management, development opportunities, and value-add real estate.

Beyond traditional brokerage, Oscar has expanded his business interests into real estate investment, property management, remodeling, roofing, and acquisitions. This hands-on experience gives him a broader understanding of real estate—not simply as a transaction, but as an investment and operating business.

Throughout his career, Oscar has focused on building long-term relationships with clients, investors, business owners, and other real estate professionals. His approach combines market knowledge, financial analysis, negotiation experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and create value.

Today, Oscar continues to grow Brokers Inc Real Estate Group and its affiliated businesses while pursuing new investment opportunities and developing a team of real estate professionals across Texas and New Mexico.
